As a front-line representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our GE Avionics contract. Your primary focus will be to maintain full compliance with contractual obligations, while providing exceptional support to our Facilities and Production Managers, Project Managers, and onsite Help desk.“This is not a sales role must have facilities management experience “Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support teams of engineers, facilities, and production managers
- Oversee the operational management of our GE Avionics contract, including services delivery, budgeting, and compliance
- Ensure accurate record keeping and administration
- Program maintenance works and manage a team of 60 staff
- Establish subcontract arrangements and liaise with clients on Health & Safety issues
- Support business development, communicate company policies and procedures, and conduct team meetings
- Produce reports and manage project design teams
- Oversee capital projects and drive improvements

My expertise in understanding and managing complex environments has allowed me to expertly navigate lifecycle management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results. My strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills enable me to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, facilitating collaboration and driving improvements.
