London (West End) SALARY: £30,000 – £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Temporary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join a leading impact fund on a temporary basis, for at least the next 6 months, with the view to start in January.
This is an excellent opportunity with lots of exposure and scope, working with a great team of people, in a really interesting industry.
They are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get involved – attitude is key! No two days are the same – there is lots to do with lots of potential. It is a great time to join the business.
The role is based in their new offices in the West End 3-4 days per week, with the remainder working from home.
Who you are:
- Previous experience ideally having worked in private equity/venture capital, or start-up, financial services or tech – a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing/communications role or an admin role with internship experience in marketing/comms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office – particularly PowerPoint
- Work well under pressure
- Proactive self-starter and happy to get stuck in
What you’ll do:
- Support on marketing materials like company presentations, product specific presentations and materials, templates
- Draft of newsletters, social media content, other texts and written assets
- Execution of standard website updates
- Administrative tasks related to marketing, communication and events
- Interaction with third-party providers in the marketing/comms space
