Your experience with PowerPoint and your design eye will help our teams craft compelling PowerPoint templates and presentations that bring our brand to life. You will also collaborate with our event management team to deliver unforgettable experiences for our members and brokers. Your creativity and attention to detail will help keep Steamship Mutual top of mind both internally, through impactful daily communications, and externally, as a trusted and recognisable voice in the industry.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Powerpoint super user – Creation and development and updating of PowerPoint slide master’s and existing presentation content using brand toolkit
- Assist with designing content for social media and website using Canva and other design tools in line with current brand guidelines
- Assist with corporate internal messaging – design communication proof reading and updating digital notice board software.
- Content creation for and updating social platforms such as LinkedIn
- Assist the marketing team in organising events, which includes, liaising with Directors/event hosts to ensure appropriate invitations are sent, venues sourced and booked as well as arranging travel and accommodation where required.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in marketing/communications.
- Knowledge of brand management and content creation best practices.
- Strong writing skills to produce high-quality content and communications.
- Ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels, building strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- A confident and approachable demeanour, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Willingness to work evenings and/or off-site on occasion to assist with events.
