We pour care into our craft, our authors and each other – because there’s no limit to a good book.The OpportunityDay-to-day you will deliver administrative services for marketing campaigns for a wide range of Vintage books and for the Vintage online channels, be a point person for the marketing team for the rest of the company, plus the wider Penguin Random House company and for external contacts, including designers and media companies.You’ll also deliver administrative services to the Marketing Director, liaise with external trade press, create marketing assets, produce presentations, maintain marketing budget grids and invoicing process and keep the department administration running smoothly.Further into the role, there may also be scope to begin to manage your own marketing campaigns as well as to contribute to wider Penguin Random House initiatives and projects.What you’ll bringYou’ll be a curious self-starter and team player who is as passionate about design, marketing and reaching readers as you are about books. You will need to demonstrate proven administration and organisational skills, be able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.You’ll be adept with Microsoft Office and have thorough knowledge of social media platforms, staying up to date with new and upcoming trends. We’ll teach you all you need to know about book publishing, along use of Adobe Design Suite so you’ll be eager to learn and proactive in your development.Application InstructionsReady to start your career in publishing?
