Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for marketing? A client is looking for a Marketing Communications Administrator to join their team in Bristol. This role is key in ensuring their marketing activities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Coordinating and administering marketing projects within time and budget.
  • Managing events, including contracts, risk assessments, transport, and planning.
  • Overseeing Point of Sale management and providing first-line support to Sales Managers.
  • Handling budget administration, including PRs, POs, and invoice matching.
  • Controlling merchant and ‘BAU’ budgets and managing general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating offline advertising, video, photography, PR, and social media activities.
  • Managing literature and content, liaising with graphic designers and the Digital Marketing Manager.

What Experience You’ll Need to Apply?

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing or administrative role, ideally within a B2B industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budget management and project coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
