Role: Marketing and Communications Officer – Temporary – BelfastJob OverviewVANRATH are excited to support a returning client, who offer invaluable services to those with a requirement for additional support. There is currently a need for a Marketing and Communications Officer, who will be responsible for creating, managing, and promoting engaging content across digital platforms to enhance communication and brand visibility.

• Salary: £15.62/hour
• Belfast
• Temporary – Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update website content, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and grow social media presence across key platforms.
• Assist in delivering targeted campaigns to promote services, recruitment, and brand awareness.
• Support the design and production of multi-media and print communications materials.
• Source and develop engaging news stories, case studies, and press releases.
• Coordinate and support promotional events, including photography and materials.
• Work with leadership to create impactful promotional materials.
• Support corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and brand consistency.
• Provide event management support for both in-person and online events.
• Ensure responsible management of personal data in line with data protection policies.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in creating and editing content for websites and print, and ability to manage and update website content.
• Experience with social media management and strong communication skills, with the ability to work with different people.
• Ability to plan and run promotional campaigns and events, and experience in creating marketing materials.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
