- Monitoring and flagging the competition and frameworks portals for new work
- Managing the award submission process
- Working with the Management Team to create bid submissions – content management and design
- Coordinating the team’s input to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintaining existing client relationships within partner organisations, consultants, contractors, clients etc
- Organising speaking opportunities at conferences and industry events
- Organising client feedback interviews on completed projects
- Updating management on all key activities and issues
Marketing Communications
- Managing the studio’s social media platforms
- Liaising with external PR and digital contributors
- Managing internal and external events (Open House/LFA/Clerkenwell Design Week etc)
- Arranging networking events for the Practice
- Developing printed and online marketing material
- Managing the image bank (transparencies and digital), and commission photography of completed buildings
- Managing new and existing project sheets
- Suggesting operational improvements for offline and online channels
- Updating contacts database with possible marketing leads
- Updating company website with news items and project content
- Managing magazine updates and subscription
Skills necessary:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Strong Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills
- The ability to carry out a range of marketing processes that can establish key areas of potential work and growth
- Demonstrable brand and industry awareness
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent writing skills
- Organization with the ability to juggle deadlines
- experience of working in an in-house marketing department or agency for at least five years.
- Flexibility as well as good administrative, team-working and time management skills
- This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK
