You will be working in a team that oversees a diverse portfolio of more than €400 million, developing innovative strategies to penetrate, grow, and outperform in the competitive EMEA market.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Growth Planning (30%)

  • Formulate a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with long-term business objectives;
  • Amplify the marketing voice in cross-departmental meetings, ensuring unified strategic execution;
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to enable growth in the EMEA territory;
  • Lead a team of 5 direct reports and 9 indirect reports.

Portfolio Management (20%)

  • Manage and optimize the portfolio of different business units, ensuring robust market positioning and profitability;
  • Implement advanced segmentation and pricing strategies to maximize contribution across product lines.

Collaborative Category Growth (20%)

  • Work closely with category directors/managers and other stakeholders to synchronize strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting (15%)

  • Develop and present clear, compelling performance reports and ROI analyses to senior leadership;
  • Prepare, oversee and monitor multi year plans for each category per region as well for the factories and develop the necessary actions and KPI’s against the execution of it.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis (10%)

  • Continuously gather and analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Integrated Campaign Management (5%)

  • Oversee the deployment of product marketing campaigns, focusing on building brand awareness and driving revenue.

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field;
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset;
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the medical devices industry;
  • Demonstrable experience managing high-value portfolios and driving sustained growth across multiple markets in the EMEA region;
  • Proven record of strategic transformation and collaborative leadership with category or product teams;
  • Deep understanding of the medical devices landscape, including current regulatory environments and compliance considerations across EMEA;
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and leveraging technology for innovative marketing solutions.
