As a firm, they have a culture that is diverse and supportive, and a strong set of values that underpins everything they do.This is an exciting time to join the firm – they have recently appointed a wonderful new Head of Marketing & Business Development who is championing the evolution of the function, so there is real scope long term and an opportunity to make an impact with a group of highly engaged stakeholders.The remit of the Marketing Manager role includes:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, from inception through to delivery, measurement, and evaluation.
- Utilise and enhance the marketing technology stack.
- Write and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the firm’s tone of voice.
- Manage the firm’s social media channels.
- Brief and manage external agencies to produce high-quality creative campaigns.
- Oversee legal directories and awards submissions.
- Provide regular reporting on the performance of campaigns, social media, website, and other channels.
- Advise Partners and Associates on achieving their business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage in-house marketing training and inductions.
The successful candidate for the role will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within a law firm or financial/professional services.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and measurement.
- CIM qualified (or equivalent), studying towards CIM, or willing to work towards qualification.
- Experience with CMS and CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics systems.
- Experience in planning, managing, and optimising digital/social media.
- Experience in planning, managing, and delivering online and in-person events.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Well-developed organisational and confident communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Pragmatic, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both in a team and individually as required.
- High professional standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office
