There’s also a free employee helpline- to support you with whatever life throws at you.What will I be doing?Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing for the City Division, the Marketing Manager for Browns main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Browns sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition
  • Evolving the brand proposition using guest and market insight to ensure the guest experience across food, drink, environment & experience is market leading
  • Driving the strategy, development and implementation of the seasonal food and drinks menus that are relevant to the consumer.
  • Planning and executing Browns marketing communications strategy and annual plans to deliver compelling campaigns, partnerships and a competitive guest experience.
  • Create effective reason to visits and successful activation plans that target the guest to drive awareness, volume and maximise sales.
  • Supporting the divisional digital manager with the brands digital strategy to maximise opportunities to communicate across all channels to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, usage and bookings. This will include developing and delivering the social media, content and PR strategy for the brand.
  • Supporting the brasserie managers and operations team to deliver the offer in line with brand expectations.
  • Working with the sales team to maximise large party bookings and increase awareness and bookings with tourist third parties.
  • Leading, developing and coaching an Assistant Marketing Manager with full line management accountability.
  • Managing all brand marketing expenditure in line with agreed budgets and forecasts.

What do I need?Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have…

  • 3 years + brand marketing experience, with proven performance
  • A strategic and commercial attitude to Sales & Marketing
  • Previous experience & knowledge of the food and drink market (preferred)
  • Digital focus with strategic content and social media campaigns
  • Demonstrable track record delivering consumer engagement
  • High level of organisation and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm and passion
  • An absolute focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget
  • Ability to be flexible with travel as regular travel to London will be required as part of this role
