We are now adding a remote Marketing Specialist to our talent team to help maintain, create, and deliver on projects that support the current business and growth of company products and services. The primary focus of this position is to support our customers and channel partners by actively maintaining the product content on all digital properties.Additionally, this position is responsible for developing digital assets, printed materials and other collateral, coordinating tradeshows and customer event participation, as well as tracking leads and KPIs. The Marketing Specialist works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to help create, organize, and analyze the product knowledge that enables our team, dealers, and customers to thrive.An ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent project management skills, can take projects from approved concept to completion with minimal oversight, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative fast-paced environment.This is a remote position available to qualified candidates that currently reside in the continental United States.What you’ll doMarketing Program Implementation

  • Assist in developing and maintaining appropriate and necessary product support and promotional material for end users and influencers.
  • Produce approved content for placement in emails, blogs, printed materials, advertising, newsletters, websites, webinars, conference calls, etc.
  • Coordinate product launch marketing, promotional, and communications activities.
  • Coordinate and manage targeted direct mail and email campaigns; including list segmentation/management, content, creative, and monitoring results to determine effectiveness.
  • Survey external audiences regarding effectiveness of past marketing efforts and future needs, evaluating results to determine future actions.
  • Establish and maintain target audience advisory boards to solicit feedback that will enhance the program(s).
  • Administer association memberships and relationships, evaluating and executing participation in appropriate trade events, advertising, sponsorships, and activities.
  • Manage online reviews and product Q&A

Digital Properties

  • Collaborate on the development of a monthly digital editorial calendar.
  • Create engaging content for all digital channels using a vibrant mix of text, graphics, photography, and video.
  • Monitor interactions across all digital channels, responding as necessary in a timely manner, and participate in online community outlets as appropriate.
  • Coordinate the digital production process with staff and agency of record.
  • Using analytics tools, effectively monitor, track, and report monthly metrics.
  • Execute marketing automation and maintain email database/content.

Product Data

  • Conduct Market and Competitive analysis and present summary reports.
  • Update and maintain all online buyer guide profiles and listings.
  • Develop consistent competitive business intelligence sources and reporting.
  • Be well versed in product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Update/edit product-related documents used in marketing, sales, or other product support processes.
  • Serve as product SME for SalesForce Knowledge Base.

Dealer Support

  • Execute and analyze annual customer satisfaction survey, providing a final report.
  • Respond to inquiries and fulfill requests for LEED, images, logos, collateral, etc.
  • Coordinate, track, and distribute promotional materials for appropriate Dealers.
  • Coordinate and deploy special channel partner mailings.

Marketing Support

  • Deploy Florence Dealer, end-user, influencers, and other target audience communications/programs.
  • Maintain competitive ad book.
  • Maintain campaign details and databases in company CRM system and/or marketing automation software.
  • Support marketing, sales and customer service teams with special projects as assigned.
  • Manage marketing collateral inventory and online materials library.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications

Dealer Support

Secondary Accountabilities

  • Supports strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for a broad range of products and services.
  • Routinely audits assigned channel partner websites for accuracy of content.
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems and support for item setup and maintenance.
  • Analyze data, create reports, review dashboards and “dive into” systems to learn and improve.
  • Assists Sales and/or exhibit house in organizing and planning trade show participation as needed.
  • Manage agency projects including budget and program elements involving agency support.
  • Participates in 80/20 projects as appropriate.
  • ADHOC projects as needed to support Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Quality Assurance and Dealers.

Education / Experience: (an equivalent combination of education and experience required to successfully complete the primary accountabilities is indicated below)

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • 3 years experience in hands marketing, brand marketing or communications

  • Superior attention to detail for accurate data entry, research analysis, and copywriting.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Detailed and process-oriented to ensure version control and system maintenance.
  • Resourceful in utilizing online tools to assist in problem solving and gaining product/competitor knowledge.
  • Ability to work positively with colleagues to develop content and customer resources.
  • Convergent thinker who can focus on the problem at hand and synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a positive solution.
  • Proven ability to effectively work remotely with people, data, and systems.
  • Strong copy writing capabilities with ability to transform technical information to marketing copy.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, ratings and reviews, and online email/survey tools.
  • Basic understanding of web programming, survey development and deployment, and online rewards programs.
  • Trade show and event planning experience helpful.
  • Photography and video experience a plus
