This position is for a Key Stage 4 (KS4) Maths Teacher and will commence in September, running through to January.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to KS4 students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage extremely challenging behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at the KS4 level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage extremely challenging behaviour.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their potential.
