- Deliver engaging and tailored maths lessons to students with varying abilities.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Work closely with our experienced staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure students’ needs are met.
- Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support during lessons.
- Foster a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive for all students.
- Adapt the National Curriculum to fit the needs of students with SEN.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Teaching Maths or a degree in Mathematics.
- A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Strong understanding of Maths concepts and the ability to convey them clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with or an interest in working with students with special educational needs is a plus.
