Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Support Officer to join the Managed Clinical Networks (MCNs) Team in Fife Health and Social Care Partnership Community Care Services. The Managed Clinical Networks work collaboratively with a broad range of professionals and organisations to improve the health and experience of people living with or at risk of developing a long term condition in Fife.
You will be a highly organised person with experience in senior administrative or secretarial roles. You will have excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills and a flexible approach to support effective working with a wide range of partners across health and social care, voluntary and public sectors.
You will have the required experience that enables you to work autonomously under the direction of the Managed Clinical Network Manager to support identification of areas for improvement, produce plans and support project management for service improvement in line with local and national strategies and improvement plans.
You will have an allocated base location and be able to travel throughout Fife to meet the needs of the networks.
