Job Title: Site Based Maintenance Technician (Mechanical)Experience: +3 years (National Craft Certification)Location: Merrion Road, Dublin 4Key Responsibilities
- General plumbing duties.
- Install, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.
- Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.
- Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.
- Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means.
- Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs.
- Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests.
- Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.
Candidate Requirements
- Min +3yrs Experience (National Craft Certification).
- Full Clean Driving Licence.
- Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience.
- Good team player that can use their initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- “On-Call” work in hours and out of hours required.
