Join our Finance Department at Critical Mass and become a pivotal part of our Media Financial Analyst team! You will be supporting the diverse needs of our accounts teams and expanding client base.
You will:
- Collaborate with Media Account Leads to review and communicate financial outcomes effectively
- Take charge of managing client media budgets and crafting media billing schedules
- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of Media Authorization Forms and associated vendor invoices
- Partner with various departments across the company, ensuring client requirements are met from a financial standpoint
- Generate monthly client invoices and reconcile billing discrepancies within the finance system
- Oversee accounts receivables for specific clients and provide mentorship to fellow financial team members
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed for both internal and external purposes
You have:
- A degree with a focus on accounting or finance
- 2-3 years of prior experience in finance or accounting roles
- Exceptional proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, and bonus points if have worked with Media Ocean
- A willingness to have fun while excelling in your role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
- A strong sense of urgency paired with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude
- Solid technical and business acumen
- Self-motivation and the capability to work autonomously
- Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of accounting principles
- Leadership capabilities demonstrated through creative thinking and effective interpersonal skills
