Our billing platform maximizes revenue for physicians while saving them time.WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work with our Ontario Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the Dr.Bill brand of excellence. At work, this position will manage medical billing claims including refusals and rejections, communicate with physicians to problem solve any inquiries, proactively use billing skills and knowledge to provide a positive experience working both individually and as a team. This position is full-time, permanent, with a remote working environment.What you’ll be doing

  • Process medical claims
  • Resolve issues effectively
  • Provide assistance in billing
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coach physicians on OHIP Billing
