WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
MDBilling.ca/Dr.Bill is a growing healthcare technology company that provides fast, accurate, and reliable medical billing software and services for Ontario physicians. Our billing platform maximizes revenue for physicians while saving them time. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work with our Ontario Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the Dr.Bill brand of excellence. This position is full-time, permanent, with a remote working environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Process medical claims
- Resolve issues effectively
- Provide assistance in billing and software
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Coach physicians on OHIP Billing
- Maintain accurate customer account records
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must-haves:
Proven OHIP Billing work experience (2+ years)
4+ years of administrative and customer service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
A strong understanding of general computer knowledge
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Outstanding personal skills and be able to work well in a team
College/University degree
Nice-haves:
Completion of certified courses – Medical Billing or equivalent
Remote work experience
Microsoft Office (Excel)
