Leeds – £40,000 – £55,000 Are you an experienced and dedicated Medical Malpractice/Clinical Negligence Associate seeking a new challenge in Leeds? We are seeking a talented individual to join an esteemed Top 40 firm as a Clinical Negligence Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to their thriving team and competitive practice and make a meaningful impact on the lives of their clients. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
The client is a well-established and respected firm in Leeds, known for it’s commitment to providing exceptional legal services across a range of practice areas. Their Clinical Negligence team is renowned for its expertise in handling complex cases and achieving favourable outcomes for their clients.

They are looking for enthusiastic litigators to join their growing healthcare claims team in Leeds. The ethos of the team is to work hard for your clients to secure the right outcome for them, whilst providing opportunities to develop their lawyers’ healthcare, med mal and clinical negligence skills. They are looking for a committed, self-starter to seamlessly fit into their thriving team and take it to its highest potential.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated to develop their own and our teams’ practices within the firms supportive environment. You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years + PQE (or equivalent) with relevant experience in clin neg/med mal claims who is able to manage defendant clinical negligence claims.
