We are looking for a Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RNLD) to join a highly respected hospital in Northampton. This full-time position offers an excellent salary of up to £48,665, bespoke training and development pathways and more excellent benefits.
In this Mental Health Nurse position, you’ll be working in one of the best-regarded mental health hospitals in Northampton. You’ll also be working in a highly patient-focused service, that is supportive and invests heavily in the development of every member of the MDT.
To give you an idea of how this Mental Health Nurse role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
- Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & clinical skills
- Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and are maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN. You should also be a positive role model and have a focus on patient-centred care.
