The MEP Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and managing all MEP activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall construction project.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules for MEP activities, monitor progress, and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with the project team to manage the budget for MEP systems, control costs, and identify opportunities for value engineering.
- Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring that all MEP activities adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations.

The successful MEP Superintendent will have the following qualifications:
- 6-7+ years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent in large-scale commercial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
