Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of MES projects ensuring timely and withinbudget deliveryConfigure and customize MES solutions to meet business requirementsDevelop and execute project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocationIntegrate MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP PLM and SCADAEnsure seamless data flow between MES and other systems maintaining data accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with IT and automation teams to ensure successful integrationDevelop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures SOPs for MES usageStandardizes and leverages solutions across sitesProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MESrelated issuesConduct regular system audits to ensure MES functionality and performanceManage MES upgrades patches and enhancements Support 7X24 NA Sites OperationTrain endusers and stakeholders on MES functionalities and best practicesDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals training materials and system documentationQualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Computer Science or related5 years of experience in MES Implementation and support within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and operationsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and operationsProficiency in MES software such as Traksys PASX or similarExperience with system integration and interfacing with ERP and Automation Ledger SystemsStrong project management skills including planning execution and risk managementExcellent problemsolving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teamsProven experience in system automation with a track record of successful implementationsStrong programming skills custom automation scrips and solution tailored to specific needsIndepth knowledge of automation tools and technologiesLeadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a teamExcellent problemsolving and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsProficient in English language writing speaking and understandingDesired QualificationsAdvanced degree Masters in Engineering or MBA is preferredSkills:Mandatory Skills : Shopfloor Field SupportAbout Company:LTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
