Expected work schedule for the State College Ministry Coordinator:
We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the IFI retreat.
Pay structure for a State College Ministry Coordinator:
IFI provides training in order to equip State College Ministry Coordinators in personal fundraising. The State College Ministry Coordinator will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A State College Ministry Coordinator can expect a salary of $24,960-$72,800 based on experience and other factors.

There are more than 9,000 international students in State College, which ranks it in the top 15 for international student populations in the United States.
The State College Ministry Coordinator will:
The State College Ministry Coordinator is responsible for campus ministry to international students, church relations, and volunteer coordination. The State College Ministry Coordinator will coordinate cultural activities and Bible studies, disciple and evangelize students, establish and maintain church partnerships, and recruit and manager volunteers.
Qualifications needed from the State College Ministry Coordinator, including Spiritual Characteristics
The State College Ministry Coordinator must adhere to IFI’s statement of faith, core values, and policies. The State College Ministry Coordinator must be a person of character who faithfully extends God’s love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.
Education/Experience Preferred for State College Ministry Coordinator:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree
- Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
- Cross-cultural ministry experience, preferred
