Mobile Carpenter – Fire Door Specialist

Days Monday to FridayWe are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Carpenter to join our team, working on a range of residential and commercial properties in Central & Greater London.We are seeking a skilled Mobile Carpenter to join our growing team. This role focuses on fire door installations, maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. You will work across various residential properties, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Refresher training will be provided for suitable candidates.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain fire doors in residential properties.
- Conduct fire door inspections and perform remedial work to meet compliance standards.
- Carry out general carpentry tasks, including door frames, ironmongery, and joinery.
- Ensure all work meets fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain attention to detail in both hands-on work and supporting documentation.
- Liaise professionally with clients and tenants.
- Complete job reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in fire door installation, repair, and remedial work (preferred but not essential).
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent qualification preferred).
- Experience working in residential properties.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
