Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and authentic Montessori-based lessons

  • Foster a calm, caring, and respectful environment that supports children’s emotional and social development
  • Work closely with parents to ensure the best experience for every child
  • Encourage independence, creativity, and a love of learning in the children
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in line with Montessori practices
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities

Requirements: * Montessori certification or a strong understanding of Montessori principles

  • Experience working with children in an early years setting
  • Excellent communication skills and a nurturing attitude
  • A commitment to creating a supportive and stimulating environment for children
