What you’ll bring.

Strong background in working and delivering against targets and KPIS

Good knowledge and understanding of Santander mortgage products and criteria OR vast knowledge of the whole intermediary external marketplace, having up to date knowledge on a range of external lending criteria within the market

It would also be nice for you to have.

Excellent relationship management skills: experience managing business to business relationships is highly desired

Analytical, able to analyse data to view trends, patterns or issues and take action

Proven track record meeting objectives, with the ability to work with high volumes, remaining organised and structured

A Dynamic approach to work, with a drive to succeed and be able to evolve within the needs of the business. To have a proactive nature, and a positive outlook and behaviours with a desire to build strong key relationships within your field

What else you need to know:

This is a field-based role with travel required in and around South-West London. We would also encourage you to apply if you are in a reasonable travel distance of this area – which can be discussed further upon application.

This role is 35 hours per week, between Monday to Friday. A company car and IT equipment is provided and expectations are 12-15 appointments per week working with an existing and established panel.

Right to work in the UK.
