Job description
I am looking for a Multi Trade operative to work around Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas for a large housing association in the region. The role is a permanent position and involves work around Suffolk working within both void and tenanted properties.Some benefits the Multi Trade will receive:

Responsibilities for the Multi Trade include:
- Working in line with the company’s vision of fixing repairs first time, improving quality and providing a positive first response.
- Working on your own initiative to ensure that call backs’ to repairs are minimised and that fix right first time’ repairs are maximised.
- Dealing with tenant enquiries professionally and courteously.
- All elements of multi work
The Multi Trade will have:
- Carpentry and joinery qualification
- Plumbing experience
- Painting and decorating experience
- Full UK drivers license
- Experience working within social housing
