Job description

Plasterer Multi Trade Operative who can also do painting, mould wash, re-pointing, basic carpentry and electrics. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel London wide

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Plasterer Multi Trader:

The role is to –

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

• Ability to pick up other trades basic carpentry, tiling, decorating, patching
• This is a temporary to permanent role
• Monday to Friday
• 8am – 5 pm
• 40 hours PAID
• 30 minutes UNPAID lunch
