Your responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to project sites and collaborate with project teams to gather multimedia content, focusing on video, photo, stories, and photo essays production.
• Create communications products varying from designing factsheets, flyers, stories, and social media content and more that reflect Welthungerhilfe’s global mission and goal.
• Manage and grow social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Internal Welthungerhilfe channels and maintain Iraq’s website page, ensuring it reflects the latest information. Track and report on the digital presence’s impact and best practices.
• Systematically archive collected materials and maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy access across the organization.
• Demonstrate expertise in communication tools, platforms, graphic design, and multimedia editing softwares. Stay up to date with the latest communication technologies to enhance workflow and outreach.
• Play a key role in organizing communications-related events and the execution of outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with the Communications Expert to develop strategies and materials aimed at both current and potential donors, partners, authorities, as well as those we serve, emphasizing the impact of contributions and the importance of support.
• Creating materials that highlight the impact of funding and support and the value of supporting the WHH’s work.
• Gather and craft engaging stories through photos and videos from participants, staff, and partners that can be shared across various platforms to illustrate the WHH Iraq’s work and successes.
