The Hamilton Kerr Institute (HKI) is a sub-department of the museum and is one of the world’s leading centres for teaching and research in paintings conservation and heritage science.The role holder will provide a custodial service for the Department in order to support the smooth running of the Museum building. Typical tasks will include escorting contractors, providing portering and housekeeping support to departments and carrying out safety and fire-related checks of our historic buildings.The post-holder will have good communication and interpersonal skills with good time management and organisational skills.
