Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?
Working for the transfer agent you will be processing all unit holder transactions for both registered and non-registered products. Your responsibilities also include responding to account inquiries on a timely basis, identifying and resolving issues/and problems, and providing administrative support for internal advisory channels. As part of this dynamic team, you will also be expected to master various specialist roles as part of their progression through the various roles in the department. For more information, please visit: https://www.rbcgam.com/en/ca/What will you do?Process all Mutual Fund Transactions for individual, accredited and institutional investorsVerify that all proper paperwork is received and complete; also ensure that appropriate follow-up takes place for any outstanding issuesEnsure that all compliance and procedures are accurateDocument and update procedure manuals and workbooks where requiredRepresent the team in various working groupsAct a strong resource and support for Staff MembersWhat do you need to succeed?
Must HavePost-Secondary EducationExcellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Advanced ExcelWorking knowledge of PowerPoint and the InternetStrong analytical and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience processing financial transactions, performing quality assurance checks and being able to interpret complex instructions.Experience processing corporate, institutional and trust accounts, RRSP, RESP, RRIF and TFSA products within a back office environmentIFIC or CSCExperience in dealing with external dealers, custodians, fund companies and various government bodiesExperience with Unitrax, Fundserv or DataphileWhat’s in it for you?
