description of the Assignment:
UNDP seeks to undertake a comprehensive independent audit of the functionalities of the EYEP Portal. The objective is to conduct a full, independent functional and technical audit of the EYEP Portal, verifying:
- That all modules and processes are working as required
- That the system is fully stable, secure, and reliable
- That data integrity, performance, and usability meet expected standards
- That system documentation is complete and appropriate
- That any issues, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies are identified and clearly reported
- That recommendations are provided to strengthen ongoing maintenance and system sustainability
The Consultant/Contractor is expected to examine all functional, technical, security, and operational components of the EYEP Portal based on the originally defined EYEP system requirements.
The ideal candidate to meet / exceed the below requirements;
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in System auditing, Software testing, IT assessments, Web Application design & troubleshooting and 3 years of conducting similar assessments of ICT Systems
Technical Skills
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- experience with frameworks used (PrimeFaces, JPA, Hibernate)
- Prior experience with API, REST, SOAP
- Knowledge of database audit practices
- Security audit experience (advantage)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English writing and documentation skills
- Ability to present complex findings clearly
Period of assignment/services: 20 Working Days
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
