We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to join our Client’s remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing business systems within start-up or growth-stage environments and possess a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business processes and driving efficiency through effective systems management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems to support business objectives.Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Administer and configure NetSuite, ensuring optimal performance and usability.Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with NetSuite updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.Qualifications:4-6 years of experience in implementing business systems in start-up or growth-stage settings.2-3 years of experience with implementing and/or administering NetSuite ERP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible remote working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
