This role is essential in ensuring the stability and integrity of their voice, data, video, and wireless network services. You’ll play a key part in incident resolution, problem management, and project implementation, working with cutting-edge network technologies in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced support for corporate network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex LAN/WAN/WiFi issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize network performance.
- Work on Azure cloud networking and security configurations
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers for seamless operations
- Design, build, and document network implementations.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years’ experience in a medium-to-enterprise scale environment.
- Strong understanding of IP services, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.
- Experience with Azure cloud networking.
- Strong Wifi knowledge
- Experience with Cisco Meraki
