As a Network Service Designer you will be involved in all aspects of networking. Strategy, Service Design, Life Cycle & Roadmap, Vendor Management, Policy Standards, Financial Management and Technical SME.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll SucceedStrategy – Provide strategic direction and leadership aimed at the strengthening and maturing the Employee Networks Services. Understand current and future business needs and incorporate these into roadmaps and currency plans. Translate Strategic direction from architecture into Roadmap Initiatives.Service Design – Design new network services to meet our business partners’ needs. Work with leading networking providers and partners to enhance existing network services to ensure we are ready for the future.Technical SME – As a Network Technical SME you will act as a consultant, leader and be a point of escalation for services that you manage. Experience working with Cisco and Aruba is highly preferred.Who You AreYou can demonstrate 8+ years’ experience in Network support and design. You have strong experience with SDWAN, Wireless technologies and Network Access Control such as 802.1X.You act like an owner.
