  • Be included in NHS Englands list of medical practitioners as per section 91 of the NHS Act 2006.

  • Be a Newly Qualified GP who obtained their Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice within the last two years, verifying completion of the postgraduate training required to practise independently.
  • Professional Standing:
  • Not be prohibited from providing services due to regulation breaches (e.g., NHS Performers Lists Regulations).
  • Not be suspended from practice by the NHS or from the GMCs list of medical practitioners.
  • Not be subject to any interim suspension orders from the GMC under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983.
  • Employment Terms:
  • Agree to be employed directly by Medloop for a PCN and commit to the required working hours.
  • Be employed on terms at least as favourable as those outlined in the Model terms and conditions of service for a salaried general practitioner employed by a GMS practice.
  • Restrictions on Previous Employment:
  • Cannot be reimbursed under this scheme if previously substantively employed as a GP in general practice, unless explicitly agreed upon with the commissioner.
  • Temporary Employment:
