– Assess and manage a complex clinical caseload, focusing on patients within Neurosurgery and Neuro Rehabilitation.
– Lead and manage a team of skilled Speech and Language Therapists, contributing actively to both internal and external training programmes.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care tailored to individual needs.Requirements:– Must hold HCPC registration.
– Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
