The University of Iowa, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine is recruiting a BC/BE non-invasive cardiologist for a faculty position at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the clinical (non-tenure) or tenure track, depending on qualifications. The successful candidate will join a large academic group. Patient care will occur at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.The University of Iowa is located in Iowa City, a vibrant community located in the rolling hills of southeastern Iowa. Required Qualifications:Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Certifications:Board certification in cardiology.
Desirable Qualifications:Experience in advanced ECHO and Transthoracic Echocardiography along with cardiac MRI and/or CT is preferred.Evidence of a commitment to clinical teaching, clinical research and/or outcomes research is desired.Online Application Required Documents
