General Qualifications
  • Complete secondary education, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in the use of AQAP and related ISO Standards.
  • Good knowledge of RM principles according to internationally established standards and methods.
  • General knowledge of OHS principles.
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles.
  • Ability to cooperate with international military and civilian staff at various levels of seniority.
  • Well-developed communication skills, including the writing of clear and concise reports.
  • Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Specific Qualifications
  • Experience in the field of process review and improvement implementation activities, ideally in organisations providing services.
  • Very good knowledge, gained from practical experience & trainings, on Quality, Risk Management and the related standards (ISO 9001, & 31000).
  • Experience in QMS and RM audits (application of ISO standards and AQAPs).
  • Experience in OHS policy implementation and system management as per ISO 45001:2018.
LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS
  • NATO’s official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 6 132.41, tax free.

NSPA staff members of the same grade can submit a transfer request till March 6 2025.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
