- Lead and manage home health nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Prior experience in home health or related healthcare management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
