• Supervising and supporting a team in working towards Early Years learning goals.
• Planning and implementing learning and play activities for children.
• Observing and assessing children’s development in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet the individual needs of children.
