LocationBirmingham or Bristol- Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.Why this job mattersThe purpose of BT Group Occupational Health and Wellbeing is to promote and protect the health and wellbeing of BT employees.The role holder is responsible for managing the implementation of interventions and services across BT Group, working with specialists and stakeholders to ensure the colleague experience is at the heart of what we do while maintaining the professional integrity of the unitWhat you’ll be doing

  • Accountable for project managing and implementing OH&WB initiatives and programs across BT Group, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders and specialists.
  • Leading the unit’s vendor management of new and existing specialist external providers.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the colleague experience through trend data, technology, best practices, and the HR Services contact model.
  • Maintaining subject matter expertise and engaging with specialists as necessary to uphold the professional standards and integrity of the unit.
  • Acting as a key member of the OH&WB Senior Management team.

Skills and experienceMandatory:

  • Project management experience, including senior stakeholder management.
  • Experience in program implementation and/or delivery of occupational health and wellbeing services.

Preferred:

  • Certificate in Managing Occupational Health Services.
  • Experience working with specialists to interpret and apply external guidance/advice and standards (e.g., HSE, SOM, FOM).
  • Experience working in occupational health and/or wellbeing delivery teams.
