Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking an Occupational Sales Representative like you who provides expertise in business development and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who excels in sales.

What you will do in this role:

• Outside sales – B2B marketing direct to employers to promote occupational health visits to urgent care sites
• Account implementation and maintenance
• Utilization of EMR and CRM
• Weekly activity reporting to supervisor
• Collaborate with market leaders to ensure service alignment
• Work in partnership with other sales team members on market success and key account
• Maintain target KPI’s to promote market growth
• Promote positive relationships with HCA enterprise partners
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote MD Now and HCA Attend key health, safety and wellness fairs
• Assist with other special projects, tasks and events as needed

What Qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Sales experience required
• Medical experience preferred
• Must possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Appointment setting and closing skills are necessary
• Must be personable and professional
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Salesforce experience a plus

• Must hold a valid U.S. Driver’s license and comply with all motor vehicle laws and regulations for the state of employment
• Dependable vehicle required for extensive driving

Other Information:

• Position is based out of local market of Richmond, Virginia and surrounding counties
• Normal hours are Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm (occasional after hours or weekend events may be required)
• Day will typically start and end at a designated work site
• Rep will cover assigned territory
