Job Title: Occupational Therapist – General Psychiatric – Mental Health Hospital
Salary: £39,000 to £41,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Location: Central London

Overview:
Compass Associates are collaborating with a leading private mental health facility in Central London to find a passionate Occupational Therapist for their General Psychiatric Unit. With over 30 years of specialised expertise, our client is dedicated to providing exceptional care across outpatient, day patient, and inpatient settings, addressing a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions.
As the Occupational Therapist in the General Psychiatric Unit, your role will encompass applying evidence-based and patient-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions for individuals with diverse psychiatric needs. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver impactful group and individual interventions. Establishing key links with local resources to support patient progress and sustained recovery will be fundamental to your role.
Requirements:
– BSc qualification in Occupational Therapy.
– Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
– Proven experience working with individuals across a range of psychiatric conditions
