Job description
- A refrigeration and catering equipment company based in the Kinsale Road area, Cork.
About Your New Role
- Answer phones and direct calls to the relevant department
- You will be processing invoices for the Service department
- Stock ordering and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
- Receive stock into the Finance System (SAP B1)
- Maintain and update Supplier Price Lists
- Credit control for dedicated accounts
- General ad-hoc administration duties (ordering office and canteen supplies, filing, greeting customers etc)
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Previous experience using SAP would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
