Job description

  • A refrigeration and catering equipment company based in the Kinsale Road area, Cork.

About Your New Role

  • Answer phones and direct calls to the relevant department
  • You will be processing invoices for the Service department
  • Stock ordering and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
  • Receive stock into the Finance System (SAP B1)
  • Maintain and update Supplier Price Lists
  • Credit control for dedicated accounts
  • General ad-hoc administration duties (ordering office and canteen supplies, filing, greeting customers etc)

What Skills You Need

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work off own initiative
  • Previous experience using SAP would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
