Job description
As an Office Administrator, you will be a critical member of a property team in Orpington, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations and providing excellent support to all team members.
- Ensure smooth operations of the office on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and the office calendar.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Administration background|Property experience desirable
A successful Office Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
