DescriptionAppleOne is hiring an Office Administrator for a client in Burlington, ON!

  • Salary- up to 70 K
  • Fully in-office role
  • Full-time permanent position!

Requirements-

  • CRM Experience
  • Able to work independently.
  • Committed and reliable candidates- consistent work history
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Good with computers- CRM and MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative office duties (answering phones, photocopying, filing, managing mail, sending for a courier, greeting walk-ins, ordering of office/kitchen/bathroom/cleaning supplies)
  • Good understanding spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, MS PowerPoint
  • Prepare daily bank deposits (if necessary)
  • Prepare all statutory declarations.
  • Work in conjunction with the accounting firm to provide A/R and A/P paperwork (Daily\Weekly\Monthly\Annually)
  • Remit WSIB payments.
  • Mailing customer invoices
  • Frequent outbound collection calls, recording appropriate notes for follow up and sending clients copy of invoice when necessary. Includes: working with other departments to ensure work is getting complete to avoid payment being held back)
  • Order Entry/Work Order (creating it, recording timecards, recording material costs, material usage and invoicing)
  • Maintain inventory levels (receiving of material, recording usage and making correction as needed)
  • Participate in annual inventory counts.
  • Daily timecard entry for all departments and address with departments as needed.
