- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Undertake the task of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Maintain diary, arrange, meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
- Make travel Arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Monitor Office Supplies
- Data entry, filing, assist in creating reports.
- Assist with any other administrative duties as needed.
Assets
- Excellent Communication is a must.
- Excellent Organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Software Programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and on a schedule.
Expected salary
