Job description
Our client is seeking an Office Manager for their construction company. The ideal candidate would seamlessly handle day-to-day operations while wearing multiple hats to support our thriving office. This candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and team orientated.Whatâs in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:
- The wage is expected to be $20 – $25/hr.
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. â 5 p.m.
Position Summary:
- Effectively use QuickBooks
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliations, maintain ledgers, and prepare financial statements
- Distributing, filing, and scanning timecards
- Setting up contracts, billing, and costs for new jobs
- Managing projects; writing purchase orders, bonding, insurance, change requests/orders, completing operational/maintenance manuals
- Orientating and training new employees
- Filling out WCB claims
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous administrative & bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Flexible and adaptable
- Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and address any challenges that arise
