As an Office Manager you will be a pivotal part of the Business Support team, specifically for the Senior Leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

As the Office Manager you will:

  • Provide PA support to key members of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Oversee daily office administration from staff induction & training to reporting & catering
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional tasks.

A successful Office Manager will bring the following skills and attributes:

  • A proven track record as an Administrative Lead ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • PA/EA experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office management software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Hybrid – 4 days on-site 1 Flexible.
